Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of cad-exa.com and software access orders, including fixed-term access and any separately labeled Lifetime Access option.

Acceptance of Terms

By using cad-exa.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from the product and checkout pages. The required checkbox at checkout records explicit acceptance before payment.

Cad-Exa is operated by WORTH NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED.

United States registered agent and address: Registered Agents Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This address is not a walk-in shop or physical return location. Customer support is provided at support@cad-exa.com.

Independent Retailer and Trademarks

Cad-Exa is an independent retailer. It is not Autodesk, is not affiliated with Autodesk, and is not an authorized Autodesk reseller. Autodesk and AutoCAD are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc.

Product Offer

  • The product page and checkout identify the selected SKU, entitlement period, total price, currency, availability, delivery method, and return terms.
  • Products are offered to customers in the United States in USD.
  • Product use may require an eligible Autodesk account, supported operating system, internet connection, and compliance with the publisher's account and license terms.
  • A product description does not transfer ownership of publisher trademarks, software, or intellectual property beyond the rights included in the delivered product.
  • Contact support@cad-exa.com before payment if the exact license type, account assignment, supported version, device limits, region, upgrade rights, or expiry effect is unclear.

Fixed-Term Access Options

One-year and multi-year access options are one-time purchases for the complete fixed term shown. Cad-Exa does not automatically renew the order or charge the payment method again.

Lifetime Option

When a Lifetime Access option is available, it is sold as a one-time purchase rather than recurring access. “Lifetime” refers only to the non-expiring entitlement scope expressly identified in the purchased SKU and delivery record. It does not by itself promise every future AutoCAD release, perpetual publisher support, unlimited devices, transferable ownership, or compatibility with future operating systems. Customers should obtain written clarification from support@cad-exa.com before payment if the included versions, upgrade rights, device limits, account assignment, or entitlement scope are unclear.

Orders and Payment

  • Provide accurate contact and billing information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
  • The product subtotal and free digital delivery are displayed before payment. Any applicable government-imposed tax is calculated before the payment is captured.
  • Payment authorization does not guarantee acceptance if fraud screening, verification, availability, or fulfillment prevents the order from being completed.
  • If we cannot accept or fulfill a captured order, we will cancel it and return the captured purchase payment to the original payment method.

Digital Delivery

No physical item is shipped. Delivery is free to the checkout email within 0–1 business days after payment confirmation for accepted United States orders. See the Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Digital products may be returned unconditionally within 30 days after digital delivery, with no return or restocking fee. Orders that are not delivered, cannot be activated as described, or materially differ from the purchased SKU are eligible for support and a refund. See the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Keep the checkout email, order number, access details, and account credentials secure.
  • Do not resell, share, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse software or access credentials contrary to applicable publisher terms or law.
  • Verify system compatibility, account eligibility, region, term, and intended use before activating or using the product.

Website Availability

We work to keep product, price, availability, and policy information accurate. If a clear technical or content error affects an order, we will disclose it and will not capture a different amount or substitute a different product without the customer's explicit agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Cad-Exa is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.

Changes to These Terms

The version displayed and accepted when an order is placed governs that order unless a later change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer. The latest general website terms appear on this page with an updated date.
