By placing an order, you accept these terms and our linked policies. Provide accurate checkout details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. If verification or availability prevents fulfillment, we will cancel the order and refund any captured payment.

SECTION 1 — PRODUCTS AND PAYMENT

The selected option, access period, price, and availability are shown before payment. United States orders are charged in USD, with any applicable tax shown at checkout. Digital delivery is free.

Each option is prepaid with no automatic renewal. Fixed-term access expires at the stated time. Any Lifetime option is limited to its stated entitlement and does not automatically include future releases or ongoing publisher support. See Purchase & Renewal Terms.

SECTION 2 — DELIVERY AND REFUNDS

Delivery is by email within 0–1 business days after payment confirmation. You may cancel before delivery or request an unconditional refund within 30 days after delivery, without return or restocking fees. See Refund & Shipping Policy.

SECTION 3 — RESPONSIBLE USE

Check system, account, device, and region requirements before purchase. Keep your order and access details secure and follow applicable publisher terms. Cad-Exa is an independent retailer, not Autodesk or an authorized Autodesk reseller. Autodesk and AutoCAD are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc.

SECTION 4 — PRIVACY, AVAILABILITY AND UPDATES

Our Privacy Policy describes how we use your information. If a website error affects your order, we will contact you before changing its product or price.

To the extent permitted by law, Cad-Exa is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The terms accepted when you order apply to that order, unless a later change is legally required or more favorable to you.
