Fixed-Term Prepaid Subscriptions
Each available option is sold for the fixed period named in its SKU and on the checkout page. The displayed price is the full prepaid price for that selected term, before any government-imposed tax shown at checkout.
Lifetime One-Time Purchase Option
When offered, the Lifetime option is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. “Lifetime” refers only to the non-expiring entitlement scope stated in the purchased SKU and delivery record. It does not automatically include every future AutoCAD version, perpetual publisher support, unlimited devices, transferable ownership, or guaranteed compatibility with future operating systems. Contact support@cad-exa.com for written clarification before payment if this scope is unclear.
No Automatic Renewal or Recurring Charge
Cad-Exa does not automatically renew the order, enroll the customer in recurring billing, or charge the payment method again at the end of the selected period. A future purchase requires a separate order and the customer's explicit approval.
What Happens at the End of the Term
Access associated with a fixed-term subscription ends when that term expires unless the customer separately obtains a new eligible subscription. The Lifetime option has no scheduled term expiry within its expressly stated entitlement scope. Cad-Exa does not promise that a new term, the same price, the same product configuration, future versions, or future support will be available later.
Cancellation Before Digital Delivery
You may ask to cancel an order before fulfillment begins and before activation, redemption, or access instructions are issued. Email support@cad-exa.com with the order number and checkout email as soon as possible. If the order has already been delivered, the request is reviewed under the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
Returns After Delivery
Unused and unactivated digital products may be returned within 30 days after digital delivery under the conditions in the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. A product that is not delivered, cannot be activated as described, or materially differs from the purchased SKU is eligible for support and a refund review.

Use of AutoCAD is also subject to the applicable Autodesk account, product, license, geographic, and acceptable-use terms. Cad-Exa is an independent retailer. It is not Autodesk, is not affiliated with Autodesk, and is not an authorized Autodesk reseller. Autodesk and AutoCAD are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc.
