Access Period

The product page and checkout show the access period and full prepaid price for your selected option. Fixed-term access expires at the end of that period.

If a Lifetime option is offered, it applies only to the entitlement stated for that SKU. It does not automatically include future versions, unlimited devices, transferable ownership, or ongoing publisher support.

No Automatic Renewal

Cad-Exa does not renew your order or charge you again automatically. Any future purchase requires a new order. Future availability and pricing may change.

Cancellations and Refunds

To cancel before delivery, email support@cad-exa.com with your order number. After delivery, our 30-day unconditional refund policy applies.
