Delivery Method and Timing

We deliver software access and activation instructions to your checkout email within 0–1 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

Delivery is free for United States orders. Prices are in USD. No software box, disc, or other physical item is shipped; the address at checkout is used for billing and payment verification.

Order Verification

We may contact you if payment or order information needs verification. Delivery proceeds once verification is complete. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and refund the captured payment to the original method.

Missing Delivery

Check your spam folder and confirm your checkout email. If delivery has not arrived by the end of the next business day after payment confirmation, email support@cad-exa.com with your order number. We normally reply within one business day.

If you entered an incorrect email, contact us promptly. Changes after delivery may require ownership checks and cannot be guaranteed.
