Delivery Coverage
This policy applies to all products offered by Cad-Exa and to orders placed for delivery in the United States.
Delivery Method
All products are digital. No physical package is shipped. Order details, activation information, license instructions, or redemption instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery Cost
Digital delivery is free for all products. No shipping or delivery fee is added at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 0–1 business days after payment confirmation. Most eligible orders are delivered the same day or by the end of the next business day.
Orders requiring payment or customer-information verification may be paused until the requested verification is completed. If this happens, we will contact you using the checkout email address.
Order and Delivery Updates
Use a valid email address at checkout and check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders after payment. Your order confirmation and digital delivery details are sent separately when applicable.
Missing or Delayed Delivery
If you have not received your digital delivery within 1 business day after payment confirmation, contact support at {{supportEmail}}. Include your order number and checkout email address so we can review the delivery status.
Address Changes
Because fulfillment is digital, a physical shipping address does not affect the delivery method. Contact support immediately if the checkout email address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an email change after digital delivery has been issued.
